If your plan went unpaid or has been deactivated, you will need to reactivate your account at one of our convenient locations.


You can cancel your monthly Clean FREQ plan by clicking the button below. Your plan can be cancelled anytime by visiting our website, calling our Corporate Office or stopping into one of our convient locations at least 7 business days prior to your recharge date.
