IF I PURCHASE A MONTHLY PLAN, WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE BILLED?
The full monthly rate of the program you have chosen will be billed the day you join the Clean FREQ program. Each subsequent automatic monthly payment will occur on this anniversary date on the same credit card provided at your initial set up. (If you joined the Clean FREQ program on August 15th your renewal date will be the 15th of every month.)
IF I PURCHASE A PREPAID PLAN, HOW WILL I BE CHARGED?
Prepaid Clean FREQ plans are charged a one time fee at the time of purchase and then automatically expire after the designated time period. These plans can be renewed before they expire. Additional months will just be added to the end of your plan moving your expiration date.
NOT EVERY MONTH HAS THE SAME NUMBER OF DAYS IN IT SO HOW DO I KNOW THAT I’M GETTING THE RIGHT NUMBER OF DAYS WITH MY PREPAID PLAN?
Prepaid Clean FREQ plans expire after a set amount of days. 3 month plans are 92 days long, 6 month plans are 183 days long and 12 month plans are 366 days long.
I HAVE A NEW CREDIT CARD OR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS – WHAT NOW?
If you have a credit card that is not able to auto-renew for any reason (lost, stolen, expired, insufficient funds, etc.) you will be required to provide a new credit card to assign to your automatically renewing Clean FREQ plan. If no additional credit card is available you will be required to pay for today’s wash with cash and your Clean FREQ program will be suspended until new credit card information is provided. You can provide the new credit card information to the cashier at any participating PDQ location or go to our Clean FREQ Members portion of our website to update your credentials.
HOW DO I TRANSFER MY CLEAN FREQ MEMBERSHIP TO ANOTHER VEHICLE?
Whether you got a new car or just want to switch your program to another vehicle, transfers can be done at any participating PDQ location’s Cashier Desk.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can cancel your Clean FREQ membership by going to “Clean FREQ Plans” and then clicking the Cancel Clean FREQ link. Your membership will be canceled on your anniversary date. Please allow 7 business days prior to your anniversary date to contact PDQ in order to ensure timeliness of cancellation. There will be no partial month refunds.
HOW DO I UPGRADE MY CLEAN FREQ PLAN?
If you would like to upgrade your plan, inform the wash attendant on your next visit. Your credit card will be charged with the pro-rated amount owed based on the difference in pricing of the two programs. Then upon auto-renewal of your new anniversary date (date of upgrade), you will be charged the new rate.
HOW DO I DOWNGRADE MY CLEAN FREQ PLAN?
If you would like to downgrade your plan please stop by any of our participating locations. Please allow 5 business days prior to your anniversary date to stop by PDQ in order to ensure timeliness of your downgrade. There will be no partial month refunds.
HOW DO I GIVE A PREPAID CLEAN FREQ PLAN AS A GIFT?
Easy! Visit any PDQ or buy online. Choose between 3, 6 or 12 months of Manager’s Special, Full Service, Ultimate or Xpress washes. The recipient will receive a gift card with the chosen plan on it, and a holder explaining how to redeem it. The recipient will then bring the gift card to a PDQ location and the cashier will activate the plan. After the 3, 6 or 12 months are over, the plan will automatically expire. At this time, the recipient can choose to keep their unlimited washes going by stopping in and purchasing an additional 3, 6 or 12 months.
CAN I GET A REFUND FOR DAYS THAT PDQ IS CLOSED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER OR MAINTENANCE?
We are unable to issue credits or adjustments for times that our location may close during normal business hours due to weather or maintenance. Each plan is valid on one vehicle only. Fleet and commercial vehicles are not eligible for Clean Freq plans.
